Trees Atlanta Tree Sale Poster: Water Wise

This year’s theme for the Trees Atlanta Tree Sale was “Water-wise,” a nod to our changing climate and agricultural zones. It helps us to plant things that are tough, drought tolerant, and can stand the test of time. We didn’t want to exactly hit that tone though, because these aren’t desert plants – they are mostly native, just tough.

For this one I wanted to consider how Matisse might have drawn these specific shapes and represented them on a poster.
