The GEN came to me with a practical need: their members — garment industry workers across China and Vietnam — needed a clear, accessible guide to finding and using their community on Mighty Networks. I wrote and directed the tutorial, covering everything from account creation to earning recognition badges, with Israel Audelo Ruiz bringing it to life through animation. Translation was handled in partnership with local agencies in each region to ensure the language landed the way it needed to for each audience.

The video builds on brand design work I'd already done for GEN, so the visual language was familiar territory — the challenge here was distilling a layered digital platform into something approachable for members who may be encountering it for the first time.
