Making a safe and effective vaccine is only the first step. PIVI — the Partnership for Influenza Vaccine Introduction, housed within the Task Force for Global Health — works with scientists, manufacturers, and public health officials to build the systems that actually get vaccines to people. They came to me to make that infrastructure legible to a broader audience.

I handled concept, script, storyboarding, and design for an animated explainer that walks viewers through the full chain: national vaccine policy, regulatory approval, distribution planning, health worker training, community education, and program evaluation. The visual metaphor of a bridge — complete and then broken — does the work of showing what's at stake when any single link in that chain fails.
