Gwinnett Place to Be

Let’s face it – traditional malls are in trouble. Gwinnett Place Mall is all but empty, and the CID embarked on a multi-year plan to revitalize and rebuild the area. Community engagement is a vital part of this process; how can we build the right thing if we don’t know what people need? So with that in mind, we built and launched a comprehensive website to outline the process, points for engagement, and then ongoing updates about the project and the final plan.

For this, we also developed two separate interactive virtual experiences to gather information while making the process fun and interesting.
