The Buford Highway EatBot

People always ask me and Marian – where should I go next on Buford Highway? With over 300 restaurants to choose from, new visitors might find it overwhelming.

To solve this problem, I built and launched an SMS chat bot to ask and process questions about what the user might want – what price range do you want to stay in? What type of cuisine are you interested in? Are you looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? – and then gave them a restaurant recommendation and even helpful tips for visiting (where to park, what to try, who to thank).
