Hey! Are you looking for a garden coach?

You have the vision. You just need someone to help you shape it, source it, and bring it to life, without handing the whole thing over to someone else.

Who this is for:

I work with people who already have an instinct for what they want: a sense of the feeling, the wildness or the order, the plants they keep pinning, but need an experienced hand to turn that into something real.

Together we'll design your garden, visit spaces that inspire it, and spend real work days making it happen. By the end, you'll have a garden you actually understand: why it's planted the way it is, what it needs to thrive, and how to keep building on it yourself.

This is not for:

People who just want to throw money at a problem and don’t really care what the output looks like as long as it looks like something. You’ll be expected to be an active participant in your own garden and understand what we’re planting, and why.

If you want someone to do it for you, we have some recommendations for great full-service landscape companies in Atlanta that will do an amazing job.

Design Session

We sit down with whatever you've started (sketches, photos, a Pinterest board, a half-formed idea) and shape it into a real plan. I'll help guide the layout, advise on plant selection and sourcing, and map out a timeline so you know exactly when to act.

How it works

Field Trip!

We visit a garden in metro Atlanta that resonates with your vision. Seeing a space in person changes everything: you’ll understand the scale, texture, and the way these plants naturalize a landscape.

Work Days

I show up with a squad and we get it done together. Bed preparation, planting, the heavy work you don't want to do alone. I'm on-site the whole time, making real-time calls and adjustments as the garden takes shape.

Launch Party

We mark the moment. Invite your people, walk them through what you built, and celebrate the thing you made. It's your garden and it deserves a proper welcome!

You’ve got options:

Whether you're ready to roll up your sleeves or want a full team behind you, there's a way to work together that fits where you are.

  • For the self-starter who needs a clear direction.

One design session where we co-create your plan from scratch. I'll help guide the design, point you to the right nurseries, and give you a seasonal planting calendar so you know exactly what to do and when. Includes our field trip to a nearby garden for inspiration. You take it from there.

  • The full experience, start to celebration.

Everything in Seed, plus three on-site work days with me and a few helpers. We handle the heavy lifting like bed prep, planting, mulching, while you stay involved and in the loop. Ends with a launch party to mark what you've built. This is the package most people choose.

  • For larger spaces or clients who want the most.

Everything in Sprout, expanded. Five work days instead of three. Two field trips to explore different garden styles. I source and procure the plants directly, delivered to your door. A follow-up visit 30 to 60 days after launch to see how everything is settling in.

  • "I'd been staring at my backyard for three years knowing what I wanted but never quite pulling the trigger. Sarah helped me see I just needed someone to make the decisions with me. I loved the field trip!! We came home and I finally knew exactly what I was doing."

    – M, Decatur

  • "I was worried it would feel like handing my garden over to someone else, but it never felt that way. Sarah made me feel like I was taking charge of the process and that it was fully my creation."

    – J. & P. in EAV

Ready to Start?

Spots are limited. I take on a small number of projects each season to make sure each one gets the attention it deserves. No matter when you want to stick a shovel in the ground, now is always a great time to reach out.
